SMAP is a modular super-resolution microscopy analysis platform for SMLM data. You can find the stand-alone version of SMAP from the software section on rieslab.de or download the source-code from GitHub.com/jries/SMAP if you have MATLAB. On rieslab.de, you can also find the installation instructions and the documentation.
